Lifepath Astrology

My name is Stoyan. I am a Hellenistic astrologer based in London, and a historian by training. Ancient philosophy and spirituality are my main interests. My particular focus are the works of Plato and Plotinus. I am also deeply intrigued by perennialism, as well as the various spiritual traditions, philosophies, and methodologies of the world. Astrology is a major part of this, as is tarot.

My astrology is a synthesis of Hellenistic and modern astrology. From the Hellenistic tradition I have taken the technical aspects, and also the approach to symbolic interpretation. Modern astrology, on the other hand, has provided me with my consultation style and much inspiration in the way of psychological interpretations.

I have received my knowledge of traditional astrology mainly from Chris Brennan’s courses, and have received a number of certifications related to them. I have great appreciation for the traditional teachings, and have allowed them to inform much of my personal approach and astrological style. A considerable part of my personality as an astrologer stems from the integration of my astrology with Platonic principles.
